“As a real estate broker, I use my background in architecture, my experience as a general contractor, and the knowledge I’ve gained through years of developing my own properties to help my clients optimize the return on their real estate investment.

I look for the value in the market. It can still be found, even in highly developed markets like San Francisco. Sometimes it’s hidden, but I have the ability to see it. I seek out the less optimal properties and evaluate their potential. Once I identify a property, I guide my clients through the process of visualizing that potential.

I look beyond the obvious issues and find simple solutions, such as interior and exterior design modifications, financial structuring, or subdivision, to maximize the full potential of the property in a cost effective way.”
