As a real estate broker Gary uses his background in architecture, his experience as a general contractor and the knowledge he’s gained through years of developing his own properties to help clients optimize the return on their investment in real estate.
He looks for the value in the market. It is still there even in highly developed markets like San Francisco, but sometimes it’s hidden. His unique ability is to see it. He seeks out the less optimal properties and evaluate their potential. Once he identifies a property he will guide clients through the process of visualizing that potential.
