The Linea

The Linea

Sales started  only a few months ago and the building is already 50% sold.  Once sales reach 51% there will most likely be a price increase.  Given the design, location, amenities and relatively low HOA dues it is no wonder that it is popular. The building is designed so that most units have views.  The few units that face the courtyard have balconies and due to the smart positioning of the building still get great light and outlooks.

There are two sets of gorgeous finishes to choose from.  Both offer Italian cabinetry, a gas Bertazzoni kitchen range, a Liebehr  refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher, quartz countertops and wood flooring.

The Linea is designed by the famous and talented architect, Bernardo Fort-Brescia, with a bold design of glass walls giving the visual appearance of blocks stacked at different angles.  To me, it is quite a pleasing design and is a far cry from a glass box which we’ve come to expect in mid-rise construction. The lobby, with a concierge, is off Buchanan Street and has a huge metal sculpture of geometric blocks hanging from the high celling.  The front desk is well positioned by a wall of marble with lighting designed to show off both the marble wall and the hanging sculpture. Besides a stunning lobby and a concierge, the building's 115 units have walls of energy efficient glass, spectacular view terrace with multiple seating areas and a landscaped courtyard.  All 2-bedroom units have parking (the developer will credit $40,000 if parking is not wanted). The HOA dues are quite reasonable and include radiant heat!

The developer will be represented by Polaris Pacific. Regardless of who represents the developer, you need an independent buyer representation. We're here to help.
