This building is situated close to Rincon Hill, at 301 Mission Street. It consists of two buildings, one the industry 60-story high-rise building as well as an 11-story mid-rise building. The 60-story building is San Francisco’s 4th tallest building and it has a height of 600 ft. the 2 buildings are connected by a 2-story glass atrium. The structure contains 419 condos. A floor-plans range between one to three bedroom-condos & penthouses.
